RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Include tags (if applicable)
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the following cases:
- The product is defective
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product was received
In these cases, the store will cover the return shipping costs.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without justification.
This right is independent of our 90-day commercial return policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
